Terms of use

These terms apply to all subjects using webpages run by IPSOS TAMBOR ČR (denoted as users hereinafter).

  • The use of webpages is free.
  • It is not allowed to use these webpages or their parts for other than his/her own purposes without previous written agreement from the operator.
  • It is not allowed to change in any way the content or the technical base of the webpages. Only the operator has the right to change, remove or add webpages or any of their parts.
  • Publishing any data or information, except these terms, is not meant as any legal act establishing legal relationship between the user and the operator, unless it is stated in concrete events otherwise.
  • Only the operator has the right to change or complement these terms. The actual terms of use are valid and effective from the day of publication.

Refusal and limitation of responsibility

  • Information published on the webpages is based on information provided by operator.
  • The operator takes no responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the content of the webpages. The operator may change information on the webpages at any time and without any previous warning. The operator takes no responsibility for possible damages which may arise in pertinence with using the webpages.
  • The operator picks some information published on webpages from other sources, which are stated. The operator takes no responsibility for the content of third party webpages accessible through his/her own webpages. The operator also takes no responsibility for advertisement or other form of promotion performed by third party subject on his/her own webpages. The operator takes no responsibility for the content of messages exchanged between the users of some sections of the webpages (forums, discussion groups in particular) and claims the right of removing messages including any information which may be considered as unlawful, offensive or unacceptable in any other way.
  • The operator is responsible for the content of information stored on user‘s demand on the webpages only if the operator can know, in accordance with state of his business, conditions and nature of the event, that the content of stored information or user's behaviour are unlawful or if the operator has gathered evidence on the unlawful nature of the content of stored information or about the unlawful behaviour of the user and may immediately take all neccesary steps to remove or lock such information up.
  • The operator is not obligated to supervise the content of stored information or actively gather facts and circumstances demonstrating the unlawful content of the stored information.
